I suppose she's right. It has been a while since Thanksgiving. Heck, we don't even live in that state any more. As I'm pretty sure everyone who reads this knows, Amy and I moved to Oregon for my job at SpectraWatt. Well, lots has happened. We moved up in a snow storm, the parents visited for xmas, the cat keeps trying to escape, we had our superbowl party, and the projector TV is awesome. The rooms are still painted crazy colors, but Amy is planning on remedying that sometime in the future, probably once it warms up a bit. I'm loving having a shop out back, but get to use it far too little, having a job really gets in the way of free time. The neighborhood is nice, and we're slowly meeting our nextdoor neighbors. The Day after we pulled into our driveway in Hillsboro, the worst winter storm to hit the area in over 40 yrs showed up to welcome us. Fry was not sure what to make of snow, but Amy was all too eager to introduce him to it :)



Mom/Nancy on Xmas morning. It was nice to have a guest bedroom for the parents for once, I think that may have been the best present we could have given them after years of the futon in the living room.



Our friend Paul from Berkeley also joined SpectraWatt (he started in February), and was happy to be fed and play video games at our new place. Oh, and the fireplace is great! Though it's not going here, it has been seeing some fairly regular use.
